We charge our customers the way we’d like to be charged by our vendors: based on the value we’re getting and the complexity of delivering the service. Pricing should reflect the value delivered from the data your business runs on. Not seat counts or how many questions get asked.
Supper is usage-based and month-to-month by default. You pay for what you use, scale up or down as your needs change, and avoid long-term commitments or complex licensing. That keeps your team agile and reduces over provisioning.
Everything you might want to know before you get started
Onboarding includes connecting your data sources, mapping business terms, defining key metrics, and validating early answers. Supper analysts support each step hands-on so you can get to trusted insights quickly.
Adding a new source takes 10 minutes, and the total investment to get Supper working for your first use case is 3-4 hours.
A data source is any distinct SaaS system (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Mixpanel, Quickbooks, Zendesk and more) or data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc) that is connected to Supper.
Tables are the distinct datasets Supper reads from across your connected data sources (e.g., customers, deals, invoices, product events) that Supper references to answer questions.
Records are the rows processed across all tables to generate answers.
Pay-as-you-go plans are recalculated monthly based on actual usage. Annual pricing is set for the contract term based on an agreed baseline and growth assumptions informed by recent trends. If your footprint changes materially, we’ll work with you to adjust pricing fairly.
