Yes — you can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There's no lock-in on monthly plans.

Each connected tool or database counts as one data source — your warehouse, your CRM, your billing system, and your project tracker would be four sources. You can see and manage all your connections from your account settings.

Overages are billed at the flat per-1,000-token rate for your tier. You'll be notified as you approach your token limits.

Yes — a full-time Supper employee with a top-tier data engineering background, embedded in your team on a regular weekly cadence. They work in Slack, email, and Supper, and are covered under our SOC 2 compliance and DPAs.

Supper connects to your existing data sources and queries them directly. Your data stays where it lives — in your warehouse, your SaaS tools, your databases. Some tools need to be cloned to Supper in order to be queried, and some can be queried in its existing location. Enterprise customers can also bring their own model and storage.
